In-home services are available exclusively to the Burton Community and residents of Lake Burton. Service duration includes 45-minute travel and set-up time. Cancellation Policy
BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS Booking Process: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly at hello@spaatburton.com or 706-239-3023. A credit or debit card is required to secure appointments. Your card will not be charged until check-out on the day of your service with the exception of a late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show. Advance Bookings: We require booking appointments in advance. We are unable to offer walk-in appointments. Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is scheduled. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING As a courtesy to other clients, when canceling, a 24- hour notice is required. Otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred on the given credit card. Full charge will be imposed for a ‘no show’ or on the day cancellation. In the event of rescheduling, kindly provide 24-hours notice or a 50% late reschedule fee will occur.
