Spa Policies

Booking & Appointments
  • Advance Reservations: To ensure your preferred time and service, we recommend booking appointments in advance.

  • Credit Card Hold: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

  • Group Bookings: For parties of four or more, please contact us directly to coordinate arrangements.​

Cancellation Policy
  • Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.​

Arrival & Check-In
  • Early Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and to begin your relaxation.

  • Late Arrival: Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to ensure the next guest's appointment begins on time. Full service fees will apply.​

Health Considerations
  • Medical Conditions: Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment.

  • Pregnancy: Certain treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Please consult with our staff for suitable options.​

Age Requirements
  • Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old to receive spa treatments.

  • Minors: Guests aged 12 may receive select treatments with parental consent and accompaniment.​

Personal Belongings
  • Valuables: We recommend leaving valuables at home. The Spa At Burton is not responsible for lost or stolen items.​

​

Attire
  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment.

  • Robes and Slippers: Provided for your convenience during your visit.​

Mobile Devices
  • Silent Mode: To maintain a tranquil environment, please silence mobile devices upon arrival.

  • Usage: Use of mobile devices is discouraged in treatment areas.​

Payment
  • Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • Gratuities: Not included in service prices but appreciated for exceptional service.​
